The 2024–25 season is the 123rd season in the history of AFC Bournemouth and the club's third consecutive season in the Premier League, making it their eighth season in the top flight overall. In addition to the domestic league, the club are participating in the FA Cup and the EFL Cup.

Pre-season and friendlies
On 25 April, Bournemouth announced a pre-season tour to Los Angeles, with a friendly against Wrexham.[35][36] Two home friendlies against Spanish opposition was later confirmed, Rayo Vallecano and Girona.[37] On 1 July, a second fixture for the United States tour was announced, against Arsenal.[38]
