In matematica, in particolare in algebra lineare, la matrice dei cofattori di una matrice quadrata di ordine , detta anche matrice dei complementi algebrici, è un'altra matrice quadrata di ordine il cui elemento nella posizione generica è il cofattore (o complemento algebrico) di relativo alla posizione , così definito:
qui il termine rappresenta il minore di ottenuto cancellando la riga -esima e la colonna -esima.
